Unblocking the WIN-PAK services on
Windows XP SP2
WIN-PAK service should be unblocked only if the
status of Windows Firewall is 'On'. You can check
this setting in the Windows Firewall dialog.
1. Open the Control Panel window through Start->
Setting-> Control Panel and select 'Windows
Firewall'.
