2 Enter a Schedule Name for the event.

3 Select an event Type. Other options on the

window may be activated, depending on the type

selected. Schedule types include:

• Activate and Deactivate Cards

• Dial Remote Area

• Run Command File

• Send Date and Time

• Update Custom Access Level

Dial Remote Area

If Dial Remote Area is selected as the event type [as

indicated in previous illustration], fields in the Dial

Remote Area of the window should be defined.

Select a Remote Area from the drop-down list.

Indicate the action to take place upon dial up

[Buffer, Unbuffer, Send Card DB Changes or Send

Date and Time].

Run Command Files

If Run Command File is selected as the event type

(above), the Command File field is active, and a

selection should be made.

4 Indicate the Frequency with which the event is

to occur.

5 In the Next Scheduled Date & Time area of

the window, indicate the date and time at which

the event should occur. Click the Now button to

reset the date and time fields to the current date

and time. Selecting Now does not implement the

schedule.
